Motorized decoys MAY be used statewide from the opening day of the duck season throughout the whole waterfowl season
- Remote control decoys are also legal for the whole waterfowl season

09/04/21 - 09/19/21 Early Canada Goose Season - 5 Geese/day 3 day possession limit of 15 Geesde one half-hour before sunrise to sunset Sept 11 & 12, 2021 Youth Waterfowl Days - 5 Canada Geese/day, 6 Ducks/day one half-hour before sunrise to sunset, 09/25/21 - 10/05/21 Duck & Canada Goose 1st Regular Season, Central Zone
6 Ducks/day with no more than any of the following species:
4 Mallards (2 Hen Mallards) , 3 wood ducks, 2 redheads, 2 canvasbacks,
2 black ducks, 1 Pintail, 1 Scaup (Bluebill)
Note !One scaup may be taken per day through October 14; 2 scaup per day through the remainder of the season in each zone.
If not listed up to 6 ducks of a species may be taken.

20 Snow Geese, Blue Geese or Ross Goose combined/day
Possession Limit for all migratory birds is three times the daily bag limit
( Central MN is everything south of Hwy 210 to north of Hwy 212) Shooting hours are one half-hour before sunrise to 4 p.m. thru Oct 4th 10/09/21-11/28/21 Duck Season in Central Minnesota
6 Ducks/day with no more than any of the following species:
